We ship our orders from Biella, Italy.
We offer free standard BRT shipping on all orders over €100 in Italy. Below €100 the shipping contribution is €6.
We offer free standard DHL, DPD and GLS shipping on all orders over €100 in Europe. Below €100 the shipping contribution is €10.
We currently ship within Europe to Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Croatia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden.
For orders to countries outside the list above, we can create custom shipping offers. Please contact us at email@example.com
We are working on bringing MIRANTICO across Europe and outside Europe at the most convenient shipping fees. Please feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org in order to get a personal support in shipping into countries outside our current standards.
For countries outside the EU, our customers will face custom duties & local VAT. We recommend reaching out to your local office to get an understanding of this estimated cost.
Our aim is to ship out your order within 24-48 hours.
Custom made orders will be shipped out after 10 working days.
The shipping time depends which country the order will be shipped to, ranging from 1-2 business days in Italy, and 4-6 days within Europe.

We try to fulfill our orders as quickly as possible. Once you confirm your order, no changes can be made. That said, please email us at email@example.com and we will try to see if a good solution can be found.
Once the order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking number. Using this tracking number you can check the status of your order.

All our MIRANTICO products are packed in a beautiful branded linnen bag, and packed within a branded gift box. At this moment we do not offer special gift wrapping.
Returns and exchanges
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Our standard return policy is 14 days. Please review our return policy for details.
Payments & Refunds
We process our payment with Shopify payments and Paypal. We accept all major creditcards, Ideal, Bancontact, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Paypal express.
Once your return arrived at our warehouse, and is checked and the return has been approved, we will process your refund. This may take up to 5-7 work days depending on the original payment method used.
Our customized products are made to order and can take up to 10-15 working days. Please expect your personalized product to be shipped within 10-15 working days.
Yes you absolutely can. If you love one of our Read-made products which are in stock, you can request an inner lining colour or a personal engraving on the tassels. Feel free to contact us through email of chat.
